I recently purchased a 1990 Sundancer Pontoon 24ft, it came with a hard top that got twisted in wind storm and all the hardware uprights that attach roof to pontoon railing were distroyed. Where can I find uprights and hardware for this pontoon? I'm trying to restore to original.

The uprights are standard aluminum tubing that can be purchased at metal fab shops. Unfortunately you would need to do the drilling and transfer any other hardware items. To get these parts from the manufacturer is highly unlikely since the boat is 20 years old. Check with metal fab shops in your area. They may be able to make the parts for you. Cost can vary greatly so shop carefully.

Sundancer being a small family-owned business maybe able to fabricate the parts. However, like Silvertip mentioned, it will probably be cheaper to go to a local metal fabricator who could duplicate the damaged pieces.

Jungmann,
I know it has been a while since you made this post.... But, if you need measurements on anything to fabricate a replacement, I have a 1990 Sundancer 240D with a hard top as well. I will be glad to take measurements on anything on my boat for you.
Do you have any written information/documentation about your boat??? Do you have any idea where I can get replacement stripeing?

Sundancer is still in business. Anywho.com their name @ 1650 Two Notch Rd. in Lexington, SC 29073 and see if they can help you. You might need to find a quality welding shop/fabricator that's experienced in TIG welding aluminum. Some shops are better than others.
