Stringer Replacement

Hello. New here and new to boat repair. Need some advice on stringer replacement. I bought a 2003 Bumble Bee Back Bay 18 CC skiff that I knew needed new floors and decks. Once the deck was removed I found out it needs stringers too. I am ok with this as I am putting the boat back together with 100% Coosa. Problem is I couldn’t do one stringer at a time as whoever worked on the boat before me did a horrible job and I could visibly see the once again rotted stringers were in all probability put in without the boat being properly supported. I am extremely comfortable with marking them out and the process of bedding and tabbing them in but I am really concerned with having the boat in the proper place and shape when I put the new ones in. I am leaning towards completely leveling the boat supported on the chines and keel and then checking with a straight edge and adding support where and if needed to keep the boat straight. I have not removed the center stringer as of yet but thinking I should at least remove the “scabs” from the previous butcher work. Does have any solid advice? Pics for reference. The boat does appear to be holding its shape relatively well so far.

If you are on a bunk trailer make sure the bunks are on the chines and you should be good.

The bunks are slightly to the side of the chines and I can visibly see the boat sagging slightly on the outside of the bunks. Unfortunately I have no way of knowing the original shape of the boat and there is not a lot of information on them. Found a guy that has the same boat in another state and he is supposed to share some measurements with me but that’s the most info I am able to get.

You can call the Manufacture if they still exist. I am going to start working on a similar build 16' tri hull
