Thanks so much for the clarification YD. I feel that I'm bothersome but I've become overwhelmed with what I thought was just a soft spot on the deck of the boat. Lesson LEARNED when buying used "toys"!
And I'm absolutely wearing ppe...respi, goggles, tyveck suit, gloves and even earplugs which I strongly dislike. How does someone do this type of work without ppe? Especially the respirator! My neighbors from two houses away (at least 100 yards) had white dust on there car...looked like pollen season... just white.
