Nah, it's in the exhaust stream not much can be done with it, a little grease in the v notch is about it. I don't know anything about stewart hastings manual but the OEM Cobra manual outlines a procedure which removes cable slack during the critical adjustments and measurements.

Can someone tell me how to check for the proper throw? Is thast something that I can find in the SELOC OMC manual?
