Several on eBay. I use a flywheel pulling tool with an eye bolt for a lifting eye. Just be sure it's fine thread if you get the combo. Course doesn't cut the mustard if the flywheel you're trying to pull is real tight.
BTW, a common failure mode on the steering cables is excess grease. Yep, grease will durn near lock em up. The cables are lubed for life with a light machine oil. I made a re-lube tool and I use 5W30 synthetic for lube.
Put just enough grease on the steering rod to make it slippery. If there's a grease zerk on the end nut, take it off and pitch it. The one in the center of the tilt tube lubes the tilt bushings. No grease from that zerk gets into the steering.
