We have a FICHT 150 Evinrude on our 97' Javelin and it used to run great. It would top out around 70 and had wicked holeshot. This is the second time we've had the boat out this year and the symptoms are worse now. The boat has no power and idles rough, but everything is fine when you pump the fuel bulb up till its hard. We pulled the filter and it seems to be good and the pump is pumping. What could be causing this lack of power? I mean it will barely plane out now.
