Good Afternoon everyone, I have a 1978 85 H.P. Evinrude engine in immaculate shape with 120 on all cylinders, timing is set, and it runs really good.
The only issue I have is that on cold starts or if I run it and let it sit for more than one hour, I have to give it a shot of ether to get it going, not a big shot just an indirect shot into the air intakes and it fires up like a dry Texas grass fire and idles like a purring kitten.
I think it may be a choke issue, because I have fuel in the bowls (I just overhauled the carbs).
A million thanks in advance.
