Starter loose and cracks two small pieces

[BRUSKIONE]

Hi does anyone know what to do with a piece of a believe aluminum,

that has threads inside for a bolt to screw into ,that holds the

top of the starter down .its cracked in half?

Motor is an outbord 1979 evinrude 150 2 stroke

Is it a discrete part or part of the crankcase that snapped off?
