That is a series wound DC Motor, caf. Amperage draw will depend entirely on the load and battery and can vary from about 100 amps to several hundred (at stall).
Each engine and battery is different but on average the starter will draw around 200-250 amps at first to get the motor turning over then stabilize at around 160 amps when rotational speed is reached.
