Outboard Starchief!

Way too high on his price and the motor is from the 80s? No way... that looks to be an early 70s model.

Nothing. The 21'ers are a huge deep hull, but only have a 20" transom. Also have a very deep and large splash well.

I think the black bottom paint makes it look "wrong".

that 120 is save vintage as my 75 and i've seen others the same; must have had a bad prep period on the cowl. The paint is always off the hand area.

This one temps me, but I want an SS.
Notice the mostly smooth sides. [h=2]1977 18' Starcraft Nova - 140 H.P Mercruiser I/O - $1500 (Red Wing) [/h] This classic Starcraft is a very fun boat to drive and own. It is bright and always turns heads. The engine runs great, starts on the first crank every time. It has a 19 pitch 3 blade prop and will cruise at about 40 mph. It has been driven every year for the last 5 years and winterized in between summers. The boat received a lot of mechanical attention last year, including new impeller and housing, resealed out-drive with new u-joints, new steering (wheel, helm & no-feedback cable), newly remanufactured prop, trim pump & horns. Oil and filter are fresh, making this a water ready boat.
