since I am shopping for a windshield for my 180SS..i noticed this guys window is not factory... and it actually spills over the console and onto the gunnel....and it has full glass down the sides....... I wonder how he prepped that transition from the top of the console to the gunnel.....its not one plane!!

sooo you cut that aluminum trim-drip rail???? and was it all a continuous flat plane from the consol onto the guneel???? or did you goober up the 5200 to get a seal????


I guess I should ask...was your windshield factory? or did you add it on a restore?

It was a continuous flat rail and I reused the origional rubber seal

On the prowl, hoping i can find a cheaper project Starcraft. Have a 14 ft boat currently, but once my three boys are a bit bigger we're going to grow out of it. Hope to find a project we can bring back to life.
