Laquer thinner would clean up the rails. The rest of it. Prob. have to have it soda blasterr and repaint the whole inside. Sure a dark looking boat yes evil is a good word. Nice thing a OB would mount right on it and away you go.

So the thing is all painted. I think Martha Stewart Living or Ralph Lauren Polo was used, or was it the Martin Senour guy. Power wash is probably all you need. You have to have the ability to envision the jewel under the paint. Still a fairly cheap bigun.

Nice fishing platform on those. My guess, or what I would pay is about $1000.

The Alaskan is basically an oversized shoal-banger, no wide gunwales. Most of these you see fully rigged are over-priced to start even ones as old as this one. This ain't no Pro V.

I'd say at $1,525 on a galvanized trailer that was a good buy.

Not exactly cheap, but a real nice resto/conversion of a 19 foot Holiday I/O to a centre console fisherman. Would be nice to see some interior shots, too bad the workman didn't post here:facepalm:

sorry, couldn't resist. if your Q was whether it was laid up or chopper gunned, not sure for that year but my early-70s brochure touts hand laid construction on the glass boats.
