Starcraft Jupiter year???

Hello all, new to the forum. I recently bought a 16ft Starcraft Jupiter project. Can anyone help me identity the year? The ID plaque says Model JUPITER, Serial No. 977288, Goshen Indiana, 85hp, 7 persons, 1500lbs for gear ect. If needed I can post a photo of the plaque. Thanks in advance! Photos of the boat will be up soon, having an issue.

I would like to see a close up picture of the data plaque that Starcraft put on it. then it should be easy to track it down.

Unless the data plate can be decoded, you may have to be content with she's a Starcraft Jupiter.

Wrong windshield, cobbled up dash and chopped up foredeck over the dash, it should be rounded, not squared corners.

I agree, we may be able to tell you what it started out as, but someone has done some work to that boat over its lifetime, which is why I would like to see the data plate on it.

No ideas on the year, anyone?

should be an ID plate on the upper part of the transom, starboard side. Just under the corner plate. Look at the last two numbers.

It won't have a HIN plate there with the serial on the data plate. It's one or the other and not both.

Here's a year if you really need it - 1967.
