Stalls at idle

Morning. I have a 2006 Mercury OptiMax 115 hp. Starts with no problem, runs for 10-15 secs and dies. If I start and quickly get in gear it runs fine, but as soon as I bring back to idle it stalls. Have cleaned fuel system completely including new fuel filter, checked for water in gas and found none. New plugs last summer. Been working on it for 4 days and with no professional test equipment am out of ideas. Can't get it in to repair shop for 2-3 months. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thought about that but runs perfect once I get it out of idle. Would think if 1 out of 3 cylinders were low, it would not run good at all. Just acts like it's not getting fuel at idle.

Best to book call the shop and take it in.

Did a compression test and all 3 cylinders read around 110 psi.

Shops are running 2-3 months behind. Summer will be over before I get boat back. Not an option, but thanks

Check fuel pressure and air pressure from compressor.-----Check for good strong spark on each lead.----Spark should jump a gap of 3/8" or more.
