recently bought a starcraft ss 160, circa 1977 vintage.im taking off the 76 85hp Johnson and putting on my 2011 60 etec.the transom is brand new so that's addressed already.the floor should really be changed in a year or two at most.has anybody done a ss160 floor and had a thread about it?is there floatation under it?also the dash is getting a little shot too.id like a spot for a wheel obviously and a tac,system check gauge ,and if enough room is there my old airglide compass if practical.thoughts on these projects and suggestions greatly appreciated.for example, for the floor 3/4 ply or?seal the ply then carpet?can I get a new top for this boat, as all the snaps and rails are intact?
