Guys,
I hit something wiht my SS prop the other day, not major damage, just some burrs on the edges of the prop fins. What's the best way to handle -- sandpaper it smooth? I don't think the amount of damage (hard to see, I had to run my hand over the edges of the prop to even feel it) makes it a refurbishing job.
If I do take a stab at it, I know I don't want to change the prop's balance -- again, don't think this is an issue with the damage I have. When I test it out, what am i looking for? Vibrations from lower unit?
Thanks in advance.
Joe
