growing up in Superior WI, my grandpa used to talk about Summer every year.

It was always the same joke (somewhat serious) Summer? Last year we had a good summer I think it was a Fri in July. had a good time than. LOL

Looks like we will be getting another inch tomorrow down here. SE WI now days.

I may have to consider moving back to FL.

We we got a fair bit of snow in the past 2 days, maybe a good 15 cm. Also had a couple inches of rain as well so not much as really accumulated. Sunny out for now but only 6 out.

I've got some parking space for ya' down here Musky. We've been in shorts and T-shirt weather for a month or so. Occasionally we dip down to "chilly" but that's the worst of it.

I did not realize kogs was in the Smokies. oh I am on the way. not a prettier place in the world if you ask me. Used to have a pic in my cube of a sunrise in the smokies from one of my bike trips down there.

if you have ever camped in FL that is pretty much what it's like, my slide out touched the neighbors awning and my touched the other neighbors slideout.nothing like being cozy LOL

they were amazed when I told them about the camping spot I had in Black River Falls. I could fit the trailer, 3 quads, 2 trucks, a shed, a deck and a flatbed trailer for ATVs in it. that was a normal spot there LOL

Sorry, I know you mentioned where in TN in the forum before, wrong end. We'll be going thru there next fall on our way to Orange Beach. At least that's the game plan. Yep, bringing our home with.... 55? That IS t-shirt and shorts weather......Lol

av - Right now I'd take the closeness in FL. But normally I need a little more elbow room. That's a little tight.

Saw a commercial last nite about, "Are you sick of winter? We are too!". Then they started blasting snowmen with must of been shotguns. Only in the northwoods....:laser::attention::laugh: I think it was a commercial for the local news channel. BTW, schools close to the Big Lake are closed today....:facepalm:

So far it's 26deg and very windy........ Windchill, yes windchill is 13deg.......

Musky, I will have to go look around for that video. sounds about how we feel. LOL sitting here watching it snow still. last weekend was 70 and I was trimming trees in shorts and t-shirt. gotta love the variety that is WI.

We spent time last December in Naples ... we were on the beach constantly, playing in the water and the locals were all bundled up.

Kogs I lived in Lebanon many years ago. beautiful area around there.

LOL ... I've been in Lebanon plenty, but the longest single time was rolling downtown in a WWII scout car with a command track and half a dozen deuce-and-a-halfs. We were working an air show up there, and took the rigs out for a ride That and getting a tour of Fiddler's Grove for a project I was working on - really cool. This whole state is pretty, honestly.
