Special Tool for Carb rebuild?

I was reading in my service manual that there is a special tool required to disassemble the carb in a 25R73. I plan on rebuilding the carb this weekend, is this tool required?

You are likely referring to the tool for the high speed jet/orifice.

It can be purchased from a dealer, around 20 bucks, or you can make your own if you have a suitable screwdriver to make it from.
