got a 1999 125hp Merc 0G911197. when I go to reconnect the battery leads, I connect the ground first then the positive. when I touch the positive lead to the battery there is a weak spark. if I disconnect the plug from the control box it does not spark. I have tried a couple different control boxes with the same results. Anyone know why it may be sparking this way? where to check next? thanks.
