Colour looks good from the pics. I would say the heat range is correct for your motor. Is there an issue you are worried about?

NO just bought the boat and seen that the plugs were black and was just conserned are thes fast strikes good motors.

When did you pull the plugs ?? After letting it idle or what ?? The only way to check the plugs is to take the mtr out for a good hard run and immediatly shut it off. Then pull the plugs and look at them.
