spark plugs and tuning specs for new long block install

I bought a 5.7 longblock with 10243880 block stamp and engine code V07267MH (stamped on front of engine where circ. pump bolts on). I am trying to get spark plug type, gap, timing info. and rpm range data.

can anyone help?

Ayuh,... All that info should be to the original motor, as the accessories are from it...

Bondo, thanks for the input. However, this is a different engine setup. I bought a 1995 5.7 alpha engine with flat tappets, non vortec engine for parts. The new long block is vortec with roller cam, different intake manifold and carb. I am using the flywheel, starter, powersteering pump, alt. thermostat housing, thunderbolt 1V ignition, and wiring harness from the 1995. so i have a kind of hybrid.
