Spare tire mount

Sometimes launch ramps are poorly designed with a hump that might give poor ground clearance for a spare mounted under the frame. Based on your pictures, what about inverting the winch and the arm that it is mounted to? That might give you sufficient height for the tire's width. It's important to keep the bow roller just above the bow eye just as it is now, but I think it might just work out for you. - Grandad

Yeah, I was thinking that ground clearance could be a problem.
Inverting the winch is a novel idea. That just might work! Might seem a little strange with the winch upside down, but what the hey!

They do make off set and and anger tire carriers, that should fit under your hull on the frame rail.

Here's a solution: Move your jack to right behind where the frame comes together underneath the bow of your boat on the side closest to the photographer. Then mount the tire where the jack had been earlier. I think that would work
