So, what did you do today?

I'm splitting my time between several projects.

Today I tore apart the leaky overhead sleeper area of my Winnebago Class C. The two bottom boards (plywood) are badly rotted. Reminds me of the transom of my Starcraft. I still need to get those 8' 4" long pieces of plywood out.

Still need to raise the motor on my Starcraft Stardust. I've been waiting for the weather to warm up a little more for this work.

The car rotisserie will be in the mix but not at the top.

Sorry no pictures yet. I think my camera may be in my pickup.

Well, I put the truck up on stands to replace the pitman arm, turns out it's the u joint from column to steering gear that's shot. FML, that's not easy to get to on these Chevy' s.

on another note, bought the yellow 3 ton jack from hazard frought. All chinesium but it lifted the truck better than the old sears 3 ton I had that I can't find parts for. I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 of the three zerks actually worked. I usually stay away from moving parts in that store but $180 fpr a 3 ton? How can i pass that up. Oh, and nearly 2 ft of lift height.

Click image for larger version Name:	20180327_162829-2268x3024.jpg Views:	1 Size:	1.19 MB ID:	10551053 thats a 48" level. So, maybe 23" of lift.

After looking at the pic I find it humorous...bragging up a cheap Chinese jack while it is sitting in front of ~$10k worth of other tools. I am a jerk, sorry.

Nope, that's the helpers how to sheet for getting an etec to winterize without having to drag out the laptop on cold rainy fall days. He does 50 or so each year but still uses the cheat sheet. As long as it get done I guess:rolleyes:

Mounted a $50 Harbor Freight winch to the back of my riding mower and pulled up 5 yucca shrubs about 5 feet tall each. Also pulled up 3 small stumps. Also pulled a 35 foot tree out from the woods that was tangled with vines to a clear area so I could cut it up. Little winch surprised me....going to pull old fence posts next. Of course I had to tie down tractor to a tree to keep it from moving. My 2wd Jeep was unable to pull those yucca shrubs!

Witnessed a guy standing at the urinal in a Meijer store. Playing scratch off tickets. While using the urinal. With a knife in one hand, using it to scratch off the ticket in the other hand...
part of me thinks he already won the lotto.

I was a little worried, there I was, right next to him at the neighboring urinal. I always just look straight ahead but, there was this scratching sound, out of the corner of my eye I glimpse the knife, only time I can ever recall being able to stop what I was doing mid-stream...
