Looking for some folks who have had experience with these tabs on larger boats. (21 ft+) After lots of research as to what size I needed I finally just called and asked a rep for Nauticus.... I was unsure if I should get the 90 # actuators... or go smaller(80? maybe less?) After some back and forth ( he seemed unsure as well ) the rep suggested the 90 # version. I currently run a 14.5 x 18p 4 blade. boat is heavy (3600#?) Powered by 220 hp 5.0 mercruiser. I've been reading posts about these tabs and a lot of them say the actuators are having to be returned for smaller size. No big deal.... but i would like to avoid the headache. trying to solve poor holeshot, major bowlift on takeoff. Any thoughts would be great!!!!!
