outstanding Dgut. wow, she looks great. your right too. i'm partial to your color scheme. sweet. it all looks great and you've done a real nice job. couple questions if i may. so what color was she originally? - In order to rebuild my boat it took three donors, each one had a different paint scheme (red, blue, and like a burnt orange). is that nogahide on the sides under the gunnel? the darker lime green part that runs fore to aft. - that is paint, same color as the top. Inside the storage I used black carpet. how did you access the under side of the ft. motor mount to R&R the wood? - I had to cut the floor. The floor was cut from the middle seats to the transom. The only way I could remove the foam and replace the wood motor mounts. out of curiosity? does your boat rock back and forth pretty good in the waves when static? - not that I noticed. how do you feel about load? - not sure yet, it has only been the wife and I. Might take the kids tubing this weekend ad will let you know. do you usually take much weight with you. you have 2 batt. and i don't. when your sitting at the dock, it looks like that last horizontal line on your boat at the stern is slightly under water, mine is too. - I actually thought the boat would sit a little higher in the ass end after removing the wet foam and wood. It might be the batteries. reason i'm asking is my lag bolts are rusty under the sole, i must have water onboard. yet it appears i sit static just about like yours. what are ya running for a prop? - that is a question I can't answer yet. Have not researched the part number on my prop. and do you get top end of wot spec with it? - no I have not been able to, but that is partially my fault. I have only taken it out twice and babied it both times. my engine isn't rebuilt. again. i love it. it looks great. ya should be proud to cruise around it her. like your flag pole(s) too. that's something i didn't get with mine. wish i had one on the bow light like yours. nice job on the ski tow eye. perfect placement. how ya like them tabs? i gotta be @ 2100 or maybe 2k rpms to plane. you planing slower than that? - I like the tabs and removed the wail tail this week. I had to replace the water pump, the one thing that I did not do during rebuild. Lesson learned! I will need to pay more attention this weekend and let you know. i got lots of questions i guess. you've done way more to yours than i've done to mine.
