My new boat, in case you missed my new boat thread!

1975 Steury V415SS Open bow
1990 Johnson 50 hp

Needs some fixeruppering, but should be a good boat. Can't wait to launch it.

Here's mine, also posted it over in the SeaRay forum.
1990 190BR OB Merc 5.7 185 hrs.
Redid the upholstery a couple of years ago and added a custom captains chair and nice sound system. 1-RF1000w amp, 1- RF800w amp, 6-6" RF mids, 2-12" RF Subs.
Waiting on new Throttle control (Teleflex 1700 Premium) and I think she will be good to go for another summer.

photobucket, but large pics generally produce a lot complaints. Many users have to scroll over to see the pics

After 3 hrs. of reading this thread it would be a shame not to post mine. This is the first boat I've owned. I ran across her last summer on craigslist. It's an '78 Baja 18' w/ an '82 Evinrude 150. I plan to redo the interior and maybe paint her this winter. Sorry I don't have better pics (these are actually from the craigslist ad )

That's ONE thing I love about this site. People (like me) who don't have to have the biggest, baddest, best boat in order to post pics. Those of us with older, used boats are still treated like 'equals' or at least have the priviledge of not being badmouthed for having an old clunker! lol

She isnt much, but if only you seen her prior. Our youngest said "That boat's NASTY!" 3 weeks of slaving and got her in the lake, the lil Johnson HD25 2.5hp does an adequate job scooting her around (and was faster and quiter than the 5hp Eska 510 I have!) still some work to do on the engine, but not a bad little boat for a 1950! I might switch to a Mark 5 Mercury sitting in my garage waiting some repairs, will have to wait and see though, I am quite fond of that little Johnson and with such a narrow boat more HP could mean less pleasure.

Here is my 1973 Bayliner Super Tahiti! It is in the restore phase, but I should have it all done by the end of the month! We are aming for it's first launch on the 4th of july, get on the water for some firework shows!
