We got something a little smaller due to parking issues-

It is a 15' Henry O McKee with a 40 HP Mariner. Lots of room for a 15 footer.

Well here it is. Not finished yet but it has come from a bucket and hull full of pieces to this in a short time.
1977 Cobia VBR i/o powered by a 3.8l Chev V6 OMC Stringer 800
I did stringers, floor, rubrail and some interior work as well as do the repower from a Tempest I bought. Hope to refinish the upper white next spring.

So, here is my new baby. Dad decided this was too much boat for him so he gave it to me. (Yes, I know I'm unbelievably lucky and I'll be naming the boat after him.) It's a 2000 Larson 220 Cabrio. Nothing too fancy but, it rides pretty nice on the lake and has plenty of get up and go.

I'm new to this forum and have a million questions but, I've been hitting the user manual for the boat every night so we'll see how many questions I have left after I'm finished.

this is my latest it is a 96 procraft v200b, with a merc xri 200 efi. hasnt been ran but 2 1/2 hours since full rebuid. the rig was a bank repo, the man who had it took of trolling motor and graphs, and even took the bilge pimp. this is my winter project.
