The holster thread got me to thinking about this one. One of my open carry rigs is this Kimber micro 9 in OSU Buckeye trim. Cheap slide holster.

might need to look into c/c - here in TN we just went no permit. I wish we had open carry.

A Tennessee permit is a carry permit, not a concealed permit. You can carry open or concealed under either the permit or permitless carry (within the state). If you are carrying under the permitless law, you can only carry in the state. If you have the permit, you can carry in states that recognize our permit.

I only conceal carry. Even though it's legal, I wouldn't open carry.
It may be a deterrent in some cases, but why let the bad guys know what you have and where it is located?
I'd rather it be my secret. The less they know, the better.
