Re: Should I or Sould I not Save Her.......?

Dear All,

At the moment I feel like a rabbit in the headlights.....

Frozen to the spot and Bricking it......., but at the same time, I'm the excited little boy spying that big box under the tree.............

It is a waiting game to get the marina to help or wait for the owner to make contact, I will get more pic's on-line as soon as I break out from the fast approaching big freeze and ice. I hope she can hang in there too, but hey there's gotta be hope, right.

Thank you for all the great advise and help and I will keep you all posted with our progress, if there is a slim chance we can get her and fix her up, then I guess we might just give it a go.

Have an Awesome Day!!!!!!

Well That's it............for now I guess.

I've been told off now and I guess I needed the wake up call. See the Operations Director of the Marina's comment to me on my last attempt to make contact.

"I am very sorry but I not going to provide you with any further details for the boat. The owner is aware that you are interested in buying her. The owner pays his mooring fees and has done all the time the boat has been with us. I would suggest that because the owner has not contacted you and informed you that he is willing to sell, that you move on and forget about the boat and look for another one."

May she rest in peace......... at least till the end of winter.

That's too bad...
But as the operations director said, there's lot's of other ones out there. You can find one that's in better shape, with an owner eager to sell. :)

Well everyone, Thank you.

She has been moved and is now nowhere to be found.

I guess too many questions trying to save her.

Pitty there are some real great peeps in the world and then some ........

I'm trying to move on but hey, if I find her, well I guess I'll take it from there.

To everyone of you lucky Doral Owners, God Bless and Safe Cruising.... you all have one of the most awesome of boats out there and I hope to join you ranks soon.

Elephant Shoes.
