Gents,I installed a water seperating filter,changed the pump fuel filter on my 3.0 L. alpha 1. Runs fine, should I drain the tank, use drigas or neither? Our gasoline contains 10% ethanol already.Larry

I'd think that there is more of whatever it was that clogged things up in there.

I don't know if you had a previous
post about bad running motor
from water. I guess I could
pull that idea out of my (gas).
You just stated adding these filters.
Good idea in any case.
If there is water in the tank, drain off as much as you
can sucking from the bottom of the tank.
(waters heavier.) Dry gas is alchohol.

.....and that alcohol is just like Ethanol. Sucks up water. To much water and it seperates and turns into snot that wrecks yer day.
