Sherwood water filter bowl stuck

I have a 1996 Ski Nautique 176. It has an in line Sherwood filter model 18005. The bowl is stuck and I can not loosen. I tried an adjustable water filter wrench and it doesn’t have enough grip strength to turn the bowl. The bowl has nubs on the threaded end that makes me think a fixed home water filter wrench would work if there is one out there that happens to work. Has anyone seen a wrench like the pic attach work to help loosen the bowl.
