will be installing toilet (head) on 93 23' larson. Is 5/8" or 3/4" screws Ok for screwing brackets into lower hull for holding tank? What safe length for side hull?

or would it be better to use short screws with epoxy?

I would never screw anything to the hull.

it would be better to epoxy in a mounting pad.

brand is what every you get from your local boatyard resin supply house.

Tell the local hdwe guy what your glueing together, he should know..

You don't "screw" anything on a boat. Vibration over time will loosen and cause the connection to fail.

Every thing should be thru-bolted with generously sized washer to spread the load over a larger surface area
