shaft length on a 120 (pic)

Would any one know what the shaft length is on my 1998 Force 120?
I may be bidding on a new motor tonight and my boat is not here. Do the come in one length or could it be a 20" or a 25"?

looks like a 25 to me what do you think?

this one is when I serviced the lower unit.
