separating yamaha 703 control

anybody got any tips for removing the thru bolts holding the control box together? i don't want to damage the control and the bolts are frozen.-what about penetrating oil and an impact driver? thanks!

That is what I would try, let the oil sit for a minute and then go at it with the impact driver, really no other option as you can't get heat on it.

Sometimes I'll spray it several times over the course of a few days, it's made a difference.
