You can't truthfully say that's all your motor needs because you don't know exactly what's wrong with it and deep down inside you suspect it's more than a helicoil and carbs cleaned.
Your "new" deck will be pulling away from those old stringers soon, if they haven't already started... so your "new" deck is pretty much worthless and you don't need to be touting the "new" deck as an improvement or a selling point. The new wiring is pretty much worthless given the overall condition of your boat.
You know you did a crummy job on the restoration of your boat and that the motor is probably shot and that's why you want to get rid of it.
Put it on CL for $500 and take whatever the first offer is.
