seats to restore an old grady white 19'

I have an 1981 GW 19" and the back to back seats have rotted out,
would like to match old color vinyl

Is there a rec for good replacement seats
Most of what I've seen was mediocre product for deck boats

Has anyone retrofitted these seats with a pedestal captain chair

(also might like advise on replacement hardware parts of all kinds for this boat- is there a junkyard or place to get reconditioned parts)
