Where can I find the "float level" (or proper setting) for my carburetor?

The float should be level with the bottom of the carburetor when flipped upside down.

a #4 drill bit laid on carb base between float. The float should just touch the drill. But thats what the manual says. Ive always done it the way RCO said.
