I recently found out my wood for the motor mounts are rotten. I'm pulling them out and going to layer up 3/4" plywood. Should I resin each piece individually then glue them together or glue them together first then resin to seal the plywood. Thanks for your help and any input.

I used resin and 1 layer of CSM between each layer to glue mine together, then cut to shape, round the edges, PB in place, and glass them in.

Its often helpful to include what boat you're talking about when asking questions.

Tods advice is great if its a fiberglass boat... if its an aluminum boat, not so much....

For a fiberglass boat, I would recommend dry pressure treated solid dimensional lumber, versus plywood. Cut to shape, fiberglass to the hull and then coat with resin.

If I were me, I'd resin the individual pieces, and even go so far as to put a layer of fiberglass in between as well.

Lots of folks just glass the outside, but if you are a real stickler, isolating individual pieces within a wood structure helps restrict water penetration, should that occur.

Have you watched the "FriscoBoater" youtube video where he puts in new motor mounts that allow you to bolt through instead of lag bolt (that is, open underneath)? He does that so that they won't hold water in them. I don't know if that is a good method or not but if you are replacing your motor mounts, it might be a way to go.
