Hi scottclam - Welcome aboard! Your best bet might be to remove the center windshield panel from the boat and take it to an automotive glass/windshield shop and get a quote for replacement. If it's a regular square piece the cost probably won't be too high.
Another option is to go to the hardware store and pick up a piece of plexigass or lexan and cut your own replacement panel.
