Sea King 15hp: what's leaking?

There's cooling water leaking from my mid-60's Sea King (Gale) outboard. You can't really see the source in this video but you can see the general area where it's coming from and where it's pooling. Where is it probably coming from?

It seems like there's still plenty of water coming out of the exhaust port so I don't think its overheating, but I want to fix the problem before it gets worse. This is the first time the engine has been started in almost 20 years.
