:(Just picked the baby up from the dealership, for it's winterization, and put it to bed for the winter. Just had to vent and see if anybody else is doing the same thing. Hard for me to not boat till next spring.

Put runners on the bottom of the boat and have the family push you down the hill. If you trim up you'll go faster. If going to fast throw your sea anchor off the back end.:p

Nothing like fall fishing and seeing all those trees changing colors from a boats point of veiw. Mine won't get pulled until end of november. If I had a slip, it would stay in all winter, wouldn't be the first time I got snowed on while on a boat.

I love the fall, no cruiser wakes. Easy dock space at public docks. Beautiful colors in the trees.
Only thing is I watch for freezing temps, then I gotta move. But thankfully the water stays warm a lot longer than the air does.

Move south. LOL we boat here till the last of Oct.

I here ya... Sounds good, but I love my mountains and snow. But ,your right, I have to make mind up!!

Both of you need to go even further. I just got mine back in the water, went out last night for a sunset cruise with the wife, and going grouper fishing tomorrow. I boat all year long. I also work up a sweat reading, but....

Re: Sad day

Winterized already? The water may be a bit cold to swim in, but we're about to have a few more 70-degree days. I'm not gonna throw them away! I'll be winterizing mine in a couple weeks though...

Doing it myself allows me to procrastinate until the last minute!
