S134

hello folks I am brand new to the inflatable boats and I just bought a used S134 . I looked it over very close ( did a little homework before jumping in ) it appears to be in good shape other than the inflatable keel is seperated from the floor at the transom . The guy I bought it from, insisted it was a hypalon boat but from what I have read , it should be a PVC boat . My question is , how do I find out what it is.

looking at the transom tag i am seeing model 1978 I am assuming that is the year of manufacture . if that is any help for finding out the material this unit is made of plus adding a picture as well .
