Do any of you blokes watch the TV show called RT...standing for Russia Today?
I do, and I find it the most informative and interesting: news, current affairs, sport, arts and the weather coverage available.

I thought of every one here when I was watching the sport.....along comes the NFL games....and it was an excellent 4-5 mins....got to see some great play of a game I have no understanding of (got to see the chap (wearing yellow pants) score a magnificent try...darn near full length of the field), and guess what, not one mention of what celebrity's were attending or entertaining either.....just good solid coverage of the games.
Just love the coverage of the Russian woman's basketball training camp....it is a big group.....and there are some stunners there!!
Great coverage on Ferrari's new F1 too. I actually learnt something constructive.

I also find their news is very impartial and factual too.
In their human interest section they interviewed ordinary people in New York asking them about fuel prices. It was really good....seemed little editing.

If you get the chance, check it out.
Anyway....long gone are the days of Prada.

Hey Phil, have your heard about the 6 figures job opening announcement they just made in Queensland? It's basically a position for someone to be the spokeman for the tourism industry. You spend your six months assignment snorkeling, touring, etc the islands and post pictures, video and blog your experience on the internet. All expenses paid for and you get 150 grands AU dollar for your extended vacation, equivanlent of 105 grand US dollar. It's an international offer open to all English speaking people. That was one of the topics on yesterdays RT.
You live on what we call an island, but often it is a luxuary pontoon/barge that the tourists day visit.
It is in the Great Barrier Reef.
Very nice part of the world....not too far from us actually.
It was reported that something like 5,000 applications were coming in per hr for the positions.
