found a 2021 yamaha tiller handle f70 TLH would like to put a tack on it. do they make a tack that plug and play for this outboard and if so could someone give a PART#
thank you that will at least give me a place to start lookingI believe they would be green wires on a Yamaha
what you think i come on here with out trying to google it and researching it for weeks. this will be my first outboard always had a detroit diesel in my boats 3-71 - 4-71 SO KAREN if you don't have any helpful info to add just hit the ignore buttonGee, why not look for yourself. Tachometers usually run off the stator pulses for the charging system, so find some (likely yellow) wires coming from the stator under the flywheel, and see if they go to a rectifier/voltage regulator, and a plug for the tachometer.
Isn't it better for you to understand your motor, rather than accept answers that may or may not be accurate.
5 minute phone call to your dealer would have given you an accurate answer weeks ago.........trying to google it and researching it for weeks. .......
yes i looked at the tiny tach that was going to be my last resortCould always splurge for a tiny tach.
In what country are you?found a 2021 yamaha tiller handle f70 TLH would like to put a tack on it. do they make a tack that plug and play for this outboard and if so could someone give a PART#
yes it's probably F70LA with the optional tiller handle thanks very much been a BIG helpThe F70
In what country are you?
Yamaha USA never offered an F70 with a tiller handle. If you are in the US I suspect you have a model F70LA with an optional tiller handle retrofit to the motor. Never heard of an F70TLH model.
