Ok i first started with points and condenser then plugs and then put in a rebuilt carb and im still having the same issue also fresh fuel when its in full throttle or even half it runs great (cold or warm) and when you drop it in neutral it starts out at 2000 rpms and then drops a little more to 1500 and then 1000 and then 8,9 then 5,6000 and then it stalls no idea please help also when crancking over it goes bla bla bla and im holding the throttle all the way down (open) and then it finally revs high so you have to put in neutral and then all that happens sorry im all over the place

Sounds like your carb is flooding the motor. Look down the throat of the carb while its running to see if you can see gas dripping

What would cause the carb to flood its a reman it's new

It only takes one spec in the needle seat to cause any carb to flood.
During shipping the carb can get bounced around and change settings.

Just because something was replaced doesn't mean it should be ruled out as the cause, need to verify its not the problem

Might need to change the needle to spring loaded one

Which carb do you have the Rochester or Merc?

A Mercarb....

Another item that can cause someof your issues is an intake leak. Might take some carb cleaner and spray around the base of the carb and between the intake and the heads, see if it is sucking air anywhere. If the RPMs jump you'll know you found a probable leak.
