Rotary Helm

I have a 1994 Chaparral 1830 SST I was wanting to replace just the steering wheel but can’t find a replacement that has a spline key shaft. I am wanting to see if you can just replace the rotary helm without replacing the steering cable

You can replace just the helm "BUT" it has to use the same type cable

Adapters are available.

But, it's just about the same price to change the helm and cable as a kit, vs. a helm and adapter.
