rollers vs bunks?

all the roller trailers I've had would allow winching the boat on from dry ground...
on the trailers I'm familiar with, the rear roller bunks are typically 18-20" off the ground. I need a good 30" of water to get the boat on the trailer

yeah me too and wouldn't think of trying that with my big boats.

if it is ease of winching try bunk slicks. I've got them and they make it much easier

Only wench just to tighten the strap, drive it right up to the bow stop.
