Mine is also being rolled and rolled :D no tipping except in the tight spots with Rustoleum .

The tipping really isnt needed so much with the rustoleum .

However I have a concern that Rustoleum is copper based.
Copper based paint on an aluminum boat will result in electrolisis in the water.

I have an alm boat and have been researching paint

dang..another thread awake from the dead huh..well since its here (again...ahem)

I pulled the MSDS on Rusty, and dont see any reference to copper..I see that it is an oil based product...I dont think your fears are justified.
Also, Rick there (man I need to call that fool) used a zinc chromate primer as any one should when painting on bare alum..
