hi, i am fixing up an 85 fisher marine 16' i need to know where i can get a rivet gun and the rivets for the larger size rivets. the seat and the trolling motor mount. thanks.

Most rivets in an aluminum boat can be handled by a decent rivet gun. I use a manual Mac Tools gun and many here have also purchased a pneumatic gun from Harbor Freight with great results.

For the trolling motor mount I would probably use stainless steel bolts and not rivets.

I agree with Bob on the trolling motor mount, 5/16 stainless steel bolts and nyloc nuts are the norm for this.
