Restoration frustration before it starts

I need to at a minimum I need to recarpet the pontoon and replace the floor in the go fast boat. Impossible to find a place to rent that I can heat to work on over the winter.

Even if you find a space that is large enough and would work, I have found that these places would only allow the space for storage and nothing else.

I only want to do 1 boat at a time. I may have to do it cold and that is less than ideal, but yes rental spaces do not want you working in those spaces I need to over head lift the rail off the pontoon.

A friend built a temporary addition onto the front of his garage to rebuild his boat a number of years back. Made a framework of cheap lumber, covered with styrofoam sheets and plastic drop clothes to keep water out. Used a propane salamander type heater, actually worked quite well. When he was done, dissasembled it in a few hours. Gotta do what a man has gotta do !!!

I was lucky with my cuddy that I was able to make a pvc frame to cover the back half and threw an old billboard sign tarp over it.
